Sandra Ulrich

Sandra joined Pacific’s Düsseldorf office in September 2021, having gained valuable experiences as a Human Resources generalist in the healthcare industry.

In her previous role she was amongst other areas, responsible for owning and setting up the whole talent acquisition strategy and recruitment processes, including on- and off-boarding, talent development and also lead staff appraisals. Sandra was also a pivotal stakeholder to assist in tripling the amount of full time staff during her tenure.

As a native German, she graduated from Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf with a bachelor’s degree in English and American Studies and a minor in linguistics. During her studies, she was selected to conducted a semester abroad at the University of California, Davis.

Her passion for people, communication and the goal of providing bespoke solutions to in- and external clients brought her to pursue a career at Pacific where she is looking to build upon her strong HR experience whilst putting customer experience at the core of her work.

In her free time Sandra enjoys good food and stand-up comedy as well as water sports, be it stand-up paddling, windsurfing or wakeboarding.
