Sandra joined Pacific’s Düsseldorf office in September 2021 after gaining valuable experience as a Human Resources Generalist in the healthcare sector. She was quickly promoted from Executive Search Consultant to Client Delivery Manager due to her ability to understand and deliver on client needs. Amongst others, she is supporting our clients in the sectors of pharma, healthcare, FMCG, as well as industrial manufacturing. In April 2023 she was promoted to Head of Sector for Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences & Biotechnology EMEA.
In her previous role she was amongst other areas, responsible for owning and setting up the whole talent acquisition strategy and recruitment processes, including on- and off-boarding, talent development and also lead staff appraisals. Sandra was also a pivotal stakeholder to assist in tripling the amount of full time staff during her tenure.
As a native German, she graduated from Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf with a bachelor’s degree in English and American Studies and a minor in linguistics. During her studies, she was selected to conducted a semester abroad at the University of California, Davis.
Her passion for people, communication and the goal of providing bespoke solutions to in- and external clients brought her to pursue a career at Pacific where she is looking to build upon her strong HR experience whilst putting customer experience at the core of her work.
