Gabrielle joined Pacific International’s London team as an Executive Search Associate following her graduation from the University of Birmingham, where she specialised in Modern Languages with a focus on Spanish and Catalan studies. During her third year, she studied abroad in Seville, further strengthening her linguistic capabilities and broadening her cross-cultural perspective. After completing her studies, Gabrielle travelled extensively across Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji, experiences that further developed her adaptability and global outlook.
She brings experience from a variety of customer- and client-facing roles, where she developed strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust and rapport with individuals at all levels. These strengths, combined with her language proficiency and cultural awareness, underpin her passion for international executive search and its relationship-driven nature.
In her role at Pacific International, Gabrielle focuses on building strong client and candidate relationships, identifying high-impact talent, and supporting global search projects across diverse markets and industries. She is particularly motivated by the opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders and deliver a high-quality, consultative search experience throughout every stage of the process.
