Nichole holds a BSc in Business Administration and Master’s in Business Administration from the Cairn University after participating in their dual-level 5-year program.
She joined Pacific International’s Philadelphia office in June 2023 as Executive Search Associate. Nichole was drawn to a career in executive search because of her interest in a role where working with people and relationship building was at the core of daily activities.
Prior to studying at Cairn university, Nichole worked for an international non-profit in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where she was assisting vulnerable people with gaining access to social services they required as well as in hospitality and social services.
