Jan-Kristof Holthusen

Jan-Kristof’s passion for human resources and recruitment started while studying Business Psychology at HS Fresenius Düsseldorf. Building upon this foundation, he embarked on a journey in the HR and Business Administration field, completing internships at both Willy Tiedkte GmbH & Co. KG and thyssenkrupp.

His recruiting career commenced at a life sciences recruitment company, where he honed his sourcing and talent acquisition skills while connecting professionals with opportunities in maintenance, food production, quality, supply chain, and sales within the life sciences sector.

Subsequently, Jan-Kristof further refined his skills at a global STEM-focused recruiting company focusing on the IT and Finance sector. In this role, he collaborated closely with clients on project delivery, prepared candidate progress reports, and skillfully negotiated offers.

In October 2023, Jan-Kristof made the strategic move to join the Düsseldorf team at Pacific as a Client Delivery Manager. He will leverage his recruiting experience and in-depth market knowledge to provide comprehensive consultancy and project delivery to Pacific’s expanding number of clients.

In his spare time, Jan is passionate about the NBA and football, especially HSV Football Club based in Hamburg. Always active and moving he likes to get around on his motorbike or boats. As a film buff, he always has a cinematic reference at his fingertips.
