Natalia Zonneveld

Natalia brings a rich multinational background to our team. Born in Warsaw, Poland, she spent her school years in Frankfurt, Germany, before moving to the UK for her studies. She joined Pacific in 2021 as one of our bilingual speakers proficient in Polish, German, and English.

Prior to joing Pacific, she completed a dual master’s degree in Business and Occupational Psychology as well as Human Resource Management. During her studies, Natalia worked in various roles in Hospitality and Retail industries gathering the sales and customer experience while quickly progressing to support the management team.

Natalia’s passion for Executive Search shines through everything she does and the exceptional results and value she deliver for the Pacific’s clients have earned her multiple promotions over the past 18 months, with the recent one Senior Client Delivery Manager, Renewable Energy & Cleantech in September 2023.

Outside of work Natalia loves horseback riding, ice skating and tennis as well as reading in her spare time on the psychological aspect and theories of people’s mindset and behaviour in today world.
