Samantha (Sami) joins Pacific International’s Philadelphia team with a wealth of experience in Executive Search, having previously worked at two life science and healthcare search firms which equipped her with invaluable expertise in identifying high-impact leaders within these sectors, aligning seamlessly with Pacific’s overarching goals.
In her previous roles, Sami drove all aspects of client engagement, from designing recruiting strategies to nurturing relationships with stakeholders. She collaborated closely with partners, crafting tailored executive search strategies and orchestrating smooth interview processes for client companies.
Sami’s decision to join Pacific is driven by the opportunity to leverage her extensive knowledge, contributing immediately to the success of Pacific’s growing client base by identifying and attracting transformational talent. Additionally, she is eager to elevate her skills and advance her career in Executive Recruitment through Pacific’s renowned training and mentoring program.
Samantha holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology from Jacksonville University, where she not only excelled academically but also served as the captain of the Jacksonville University Rowing Team.
