Having lived in Singapore, Italy, and Germany for over five years each, Christian embodies a global perspective that enriches his approach to talent acquisition and client engagement. His diverse background allows him to navigate cultural nuances with ease, ensuring seamless collaboration in a multicultural environment.
Christian’s journey into executive search began during an internship with Heidrick & Struggles in Singapore, where he discovered his passion for connecting top talent with leading organizations. Building on this foundation, he strategically pursued a degree in business psychology, aligning his academic pursuits with his career aspirations.
Outside of his academic endeavors, Christian has actively sought opportunities to enhance his business acumen through part-time engagements in the private equity sector.
