Delivering a global leadership search for a FTSE 250 technology and consulting services firm experiencing hyper growth in their software-as-a-service (SaaS) and digital transformation business units
As this client continues it’s rapid growth, the focus on acquiring innovative and transformation leadership for there high profile SaaS division provided Pacific an opportunity to lead this global search mandate and work directly with the Head of Executive Recruitment and the Chief Product Officer.
Our legacy of delivering product management and development leadership talent to many of blue chip technology firms dating back to 1997, allowed us to quickly network and map the market for this newly created position. Using our own innovative video technology interviewing platform also allowed us to manage the search effectively and present a diverse shortlist to the client within our 20 day service level.
The project was the first mandate with this client and we identified the individual within the local market, in close proximity to their regionally based UK headquarters. On completion of the project, Pacific have since been retained on a number of leadership position covering business operations in North America and mainland Europe.
