Pacific was retained by this global leading electronics organisation to strengthen their diversity pipeline for three technical Sales Management positions covering the D-A-CH region.
As a business with over 100,000 employees and an ambition to improve both diversity and sustainability, the company were looking for three technical sales leads to strengthen their leadership and diversity pipeline in the DACH region. Having an existing five-year partnership with the business and a proven track record and network of female leaders, Pacific were able to advise the client on the correct talent acquisition strategy for the project.
Managed by our Düsseldorf office, we were able to draw upon our understanding of the regional electronics market to quickly identify comparable companies and main competitors. Using our tech-led video recording assessment platform, we were then able to ensure a high quality of screened candidates covering Germany, Switzerland and Austrian based individuals. The project was delivered due the COVID-19 lockdown which provided further complexity.
Having presented a strong shortlist through active headhunting and our existing referral networks, the client conducted the final interviews within 3 weeks of starting the process. All 3 mandates were successfully closed with female sales leaders joining the firm.
