Sonali Kapoor, Executive Search Associate

Sonali joined Pacific in July 2025 as an Executive Search Associate in our London office, bringing with her over six years of experience from two retained executive search firms in India. She offers a wealth of international expertise across multiple sectors, including Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, Industrial & Manufacturing, and Consumer industries.

With a proven track record, Sonali has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, high-growth organizations, and startups to secure C-suite and senior leadership talent across key functions such as HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing. Her global perspective enables her to navigate cultural nuances, adapt strategies for diverse markets, and foster trusted relationships with clients and candidates worldwide. This, combined with her strong market research and project delivery capabilities, allows her to tackle complex talent challenges and consistently deliver successful outcomes for clients.

Originally from India, Sonali completed her middle and high school education in São Paulo, Brazil, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Dubai. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Exeter and is currently pursuing her CIPD Level 5 qualification to further enhance her expertise. Sonali is passionate about building strong relationships and developing strategic hiring solutions that support her clients’ business growth.

Sonali is a very creative person, she is very passionate about art especially painting, pottery, and candle making which she took as electives in her school days. She is also someone who loves travelling and exploring new places, baking, cooking new recipes and trying new restaurants.
