Sahar is an Associate Director within the firm and the global lead for the Chemicals and Process Industries practice. At the core of his work is a mission to help companies in this space solve their talent and diversity challenges and gain the competitive advantage that only high-impact talent can provide. He does this by building trusted partnerships with clients that allow him to develop a deep understanding of their culture and long-term growth drivers. This understanding enables him to guide Pacific’s delivery team in sourcing and attracting senior and executive-level talent across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, strategy, and other critical functions. By working closely with C-suite and senior HR leaders, Sahar ensures they have the right leadership in place to monetise growth opportunities and navigate uncertainty and change.
Known for his relationship-led approach, Sahar works with Fortune 500 and FTSE 500 organisations, as well as private equity-backed and growth-oriented businesses, to secure leadership talent where execution capability, cultural fit, and long-term impact are essential. His work spans Europe and North America and includes support for clients undergoing transformations, carve-outs, spin-offs, and confidential leadership changes.
