Feyisayo (Feyi), originally from Nigeria, moved to Germany in 2019 to pursue a Master’s degree in International Business Management. While studying, she worked as a Learning and Development Specialist where she successfully managed HR portals, organized team-building events, and contributed to talent development initiatives. Later, she became a Talent Acquisition intern which on completion of her degree turned into a full-time Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist role. Here, she actively sourced candidates on multiple channels for technical and non-technical roles, evaluated their skills, and managed the full-cycle recruitment process.
In February 2024, Feyi embraced a new challenge, joining Pacific International as an Executive Search Associate in the Dusseldorf office. Eager to elevate her talent acquisition expertise and fuelled by a passion for diverse hiring practices, she looks forward to making a mark in her new role. Fluent in English and Yoruba, and steadily gaining proficiency in German, she is well-equipped for success in the world of executive search.
