Originally from Sweden, native Swedish speaker, Ebba recently completed her degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and is also CIPD level 5 certified. During her studies, she worked for a student-run business consultancy as Head of Human Resources. Before moving to the UK for her studies, she worked as Cabin Crew for a Scandinavian airline.
Ebba was attracted to the multifaceted nature of executive search, the problem solving, networking, researching, interviewing and negotiating all with people at the centre. She is looking forward to using her passion for human capital to make an impact on both businesses and individuals.
Due to her tremendous work ethic and huge success in delivering excellent results for clients across multiple industry sectors she has been promoted to Executive Search Consultant in July 2023 and to Client Delivery Manager in January 2024.
