A global leader in Solar Technology, recognised for its best-in-class solar innovation with operations across the world, retained Pacific to identify a Global Brand Director and a Global Product Marketing Director, to drive their international growth plans and support new product introduction.
Following a corporate spin-off and carve out transaction, our client was urgently in need of these two key positions. Pacific were appointed to manage the executive search process and identify the best talent across Europe.
As newly created positions, they would need to design the organization with the new Brand team, to execute, position, drive and create the global strategy of the company. The international nature of the client meant they needed leaders in the areas of global marketing, content creation and product management.
Our native language speakers covering Spanish, French, Italian and German were deployed to deliver the search for the client following the presentation of a detailed market mapping and hiring strategy to the HR Director and VP of Sales and Marketing.
We managed a campaign of referral network and direct headhunting delivered alongside our tech-led video interviewing solution as the process was delivered during European travel restrictions due to Covid-19.
The position of Global Brand Director (Switzerland based) was offered and accepted by the first candidate presented on the shortlist and we closed the Global Product Marketing Director (France based) within 8 weeks from end to end. Both individuals are female leaders adding to Pacific’s continued focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
The search led us to building on this client relationship and we continue working closely with the Senior Leadership Team on the build and succession planning of the business.
