A Leading water technology company was looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager for their Service and Rental department in France and Benelux. The objectives for this individual were about implementing a Lean strategy with a hands-on approach through the development & coaching of others.

Driven by the desire of our client to build on a strong female leadership team, our focus was to find the right partner for the company to drive the implementation of a Continuous Improvement program, acting as a coach and mentor for the rest of the team. The organisation needed a candidate based in France, able to act as a change agent, challenging the organisational leaders to drive continuous improvements.
Based on our knowledge of the market and our native French speakers, we were able to quickly connect with candidates within the target area and quickly identify a shortlist of the best candidates.
