Having successfully supported this solution selling function with a number of key Business Development leadership positions, Pacific was asked manage the search for an expert in the field of project management, sales growth and bid management.
During our project briefing, the client (Managing Director for UK & Ireland) asked us to focus on finding candidates to fit into the culture of the organisation with a focus on high performance and fast paced environments.
Using our assessment and selection product offering as well as bespoke video interviews which we tailored for the client, we were able to build and deliver an in-depth slate of candidates.
