Having infrastructure from the 1960s, automation and digitization projects needed to be implemented urgently for this leading FMCG client. Furthermore, the existing team of 20 FTE’s was not set up according to the team members’ key strengths and lacked some of the key skills required to run modernisation projects. The business was therefore looking for an experienced leader with a strong motivational leadership style and the necessary expertise in electrical engineering to drive this cultural and technological change.
