This newly acquired business unit of a world leading industrial manufacturing organisation was growing rapidly due to the increasing focus on electrification. With a growing sales orderbook, they needed an expert with strong leadership skills and Program Management Office experience to manage projects to successful complete the programmes. The Business Unit CEO (our main client) needed a pivotal leader to be responsible for the execution and coordination of major strategic business and customer critical projects and programmes.
As Pacific was the existing executive search partner for the parent firm, the client asked us to deliver the mandate due to our global office presence in Europe and the US. Following the kick off meeting with all stakeholders, our team in London and Philadelphia went to the market for a strong leader that could help transform the business and inevitably change the way our world operates. Utilising our knowledge of the global electrification sector, we were able to draw on our network and present a shortlist covering both regions within 4 weeks.
