Julia joined Pacific International in 2024 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Philadelphia office. She graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a double major in Women’s Studies and LGBT Studies and a minor in Spanish, while simultaneously working within IT. In 2023, she earned her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Delaware with a dual concentration in International Business and Strategic Leadership.
Julia has 4 years of prior experience in recruitment. She was drawn to executive search to elevate her skills and leverage her ability to source high-impact talent and place them at fast-growing companies to help them achieve their business objections. She has experience supporting projects in a variety of sectors including Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, Chemicals, Biotechnology/Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Telecommunications, and across many functions including Accounting and Finance.
