Victoria joined Pacific International in 2022 as an Executive Search Associate based in our London office.
Victoria comes from a successful background in sales and one to one customer service focus. The skills she already has along with her background in sales and customer service will help her thrive as part of the London Executive Search team.
Originally from Colombia, Victoria moved to Spain before settling in London to pursue new opportunities. She studied Accounting, Management and Finance at Birkbeck, University of London.
Victoria hit the ground running at Pacific delivering strong results for the clients which earned her the European ESA of the year, a place at the sales conference in Mexico and the promotion to Executive Search Consultant in July 2023.
