Kester joined Pacific International’s London team in July 2026 as Client Partner, having built his executive search expertise across several search firms over 10 years. In that time, he has appointed over 100 leaders into new roles, building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates along the way.
He is recognised for his collaborative approach and proven track record, having appointed Board, C-Suite and business leaders across the Energy, Engineering, Manufacturing and mining sectors. He has built a particularly well-established network across the CFO, Financial Officer, and Sustainability functions.
As a Client Partner, Kester leads and guides Pacific’s international team of consultants to deliver the best outcomes for clients. He sees executive search as a deeply personal business, acting as a brand ambassador for his clients’ businesses and a transparent communicator for candidates, focused not just on finding leaders but on appointing them to roles where they can genuinely thrive and make an impact.
Kester graduated from the University of Bristol with a B.A. (Hons) in Ancient History, and he moved into executive search early in his career rather than pursuing academia.
