Philadelphia, PA, USA (May 2026) – Pacific International, a globally recognised retained executive search firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Beth Albright to its Advisory Board.

Beth Albright is a seasoned Fortune 500 Board Director and former C-Suite Executive with deep expertise in human capital management, corporate governance, executive compensation, CEO succession, and large-scale organisational transformation. Her career spans public, private, and private equity-owned companies, where she has led global workforces through IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, and cultural change. Her appointment further strengthens Pacific’s ability to advise clients on building high-performing executive leadership teams and navigating complex talent and governance challenges.

Together with fellow Advisory Board members Bjarne Sandager Nielsen, Tony Milando, and Eric Alström, Beth brings extensive board-level and operational expertise that complements Pacific’s proven track record in leadership appointment and assessment. The Advisory Board serves as a strategic resource and sounding board for Pacific International’s executive team and clients, offering sector-specific insight and guidance on leadership challenges and supporting the identification of high-impact leaders who align with organisational strategy and culture.

About Beth Albright

Beth Albright is a distinguished Fortune 500 Board Director and former Chief Human Resources Officer whose career has been defined by driving global transformations in multi-billion-dollar organisations. She most recently served as an independent Director for Darling Ingredients (NYSE: DAR), a world leader in repurposing materials from animal agriculture and food industries into sustainable products and renewable energy, where she sat on the Audit and Compensation committees from 2020 to 2025. She also currently serves as President of Penn State’s School of Labor and Employment Relations Advisory Board, as a Board Director for the Philadelphia chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and on the Board of Trustees for Natural Lands.

Her executive career included serving as Chief HR Officer for Chemours (NYSE: CC), a DuPont spin-off with $6.5 billion in annual revenue operating across 34 countries, where she was part of the senior executive team that transformed the organisation into a Fortune 500 company and delivered an over 700 percent increase in stock price within two years of its IPO. Beth also served as an officer of DuPont (NYSE: DD), CHRO at Day & Zimmermann, and CHRO at TekniPlex, where she helped rebuild the company from a failing entity to profitability after a private equity acquisition. Earlier in her career, she held progressive leadership and managerial positions at Rohm and Haas (acquired by Dow), FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC), and Fluor Daniel (NYSE: FLR), rising from the shop floor to the role of Senior Vice President.

Beth holds the NACD Directorship Certification®, is recognised as an NACD Board Leadership Fellow, and serves as a faculty member in NACD’s Business Advisory Services group. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University and holds an Advanced Executive HR certification from the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan. Among her honours, she has received the Penn State Outstanding Alumni award and been named Delaware Valley CHRO of the Year. Additionally, she founded Saidia, an HR transformation consulting company, and her family established a foundation focused on environment and animal rescue causes.
